  • 1 egg
  • nonstick cooking spray

  • Crack the egg into a bowl and beat with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, or garlic powder.
  • Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat. Spray the pan well with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pour the beaten egg into the skillet. Swirl the egg around the skillet to create an even layer over the bottom of the pan.
  • Cook the egg until it is just about set. This takes just about a minute. Use the spatula to pull the egg away from the sides of the pan. Flip the egg over and cook for a few more seconds, about 10 seconds, until the egg is completely cooked.
  • Remove the egg from the pan and move it to the plate. Add in the fillings and fold the egg wrap tortilla.
