  • 2 large bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 1/3 cup Fat Free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¾ teaspoon spicy Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, placed the sliced cabbage.
  • Add the shredded carrots.
  • In another bowl, create the dressing by combining the yogurt, vinegar, cumin, mustard, and lime juice.
  • Add the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and stir.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Store the coleslaw in the refrigerator until it is time to serve.
