Ingredients
  

  • 6 bananas
  • 3 ounces Lily's sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and then cut them in half.
  • Put a popsicle stick in the bottom of the banana. Push it in about one inch.
  • Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring between each time.
  • Next, mix in the coconut oil and let it melt.
  • Dip the banana in the bowl of chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip off. Set aside on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Top the chocolate-dipped bananas with sprinkles, or any toppings you like.
  • Eat as chocolate-covered bananas or store them in the freezer as frozen chocolate pops.
