- 28 oz diced tomato drained
- 1 lbs. chicken breasts
- 1 lbs. ground beef
- ½ head cabbage
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
