- 1 cup vegan yogurt Vegan yogurt- Any kind of yogurt will work. I used coconut milk yogurt but unsweetened fat-free yogurt and a liquid sugar substitute or vanilla yogurt is a great option.
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
If adding vanilla extract or vanilla beans to the yogurt add it now. I like to add about a tsp or so of vanilla. This is also where I sweeten the yogurt to taste.
Place the cupcake liners on a baking sheet.
Using a spoon, pour the yogurt in mini cupcake liners until ¾ full.
Add berries to each cup of yogurt.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
