    🥄 Variations

    • You can vary the flavor of these popsicles by adding other fruits like strawberries or pineapples, or any other flavors you like. Add in fruit juice like orange juice and create all new flavors with a creamy texture.
    • You can also use different types of yogurts if you are not a fan of Greek yogurt. You can use regular yogurt or dairy free versions made from coconut milk. If you change the type of yogurt, it will change the number of points per serving.
    • If you don't have agave syrup, you can also use maple syrup. It goes great with the tropical flavor.
    • If it is mango season, you can use ripe mango instead of frozen.

Freezer Storage: These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Make sure to wrap any remaining popsicles in plastic wrap, an airtight container, either in or out of the popsicle mold. When the popsicles are covered, they do not get freezer burn.

    ❔FAQs

    Can popsicles without a mold?

If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can still make your own popsicles. You can freeze the mixture in ice cube trays and add popsicle sticks when frozen. You can also use small plastic cups.

    Are these popsicles vegan-friendly?

Yes, they can be. Just make sure to use a vegan-friendly yogurt, made with coconut cream or almond milk, and agave syrup.

What is the easiest way to remove the popsicles from the mold?

I like to leave the popsicles out at room temperature for a little bit. It lets the outsides melt slightly, and then it is easy to remove them.
