    🥄 Variations

    • Feel free to customize this recipe.
    • Add a shot of espresso for an extra caffeine kick
    • For a different flavor, you can use other sugar free syrups like caramel, cinnamon, or hazelnut syrups. Use maple syrup to make a maple-flavored latte.
    • If you do not like espresso or do not have it, you can also make strong coffee to use in its place.
    • Want to make it over ice? Follow the same instructions, but just exchange the hot milk for cold milk. Use cold espresso or use cold brew coffee. Then you have a
    • And lastly, if you are not a fan of almond milk, you can always substitute it with regular cow’s milk, although I recommend using skim milk.
    • If you are trying to avoid artificial sweeteners, you can skip sugar-free syrup. You can use a regular syrup, a vanilla simple syrup, or add sugar and vanilla extract.

    🥘 Equipment

    • Milk frother or mason jar

🍽️ What to Serve With This

What doesn't coffee go with? This skinny vanilla latte goes well with breakfast, dinner, or dessert.

    🍶 Storing

Like most coffee, you will want to drink this freshly made. While you can make a large batch and store it in the fridge, it won't be quite as good.

When you are ready to reheat,  just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds and give it a stir.

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. After that, discard any remaining latte.

    💭Top Tips

    • When heating your milk, be sure not to boil it as it will affect the flavor.
    • It's important to use sugar-free whipped cream, otherwise, you won't be able to keep this recipe low in calories.
    • If you don't have a frother, no problem! Use either an immersion blender or even a mason jar- and shake- to make the frothy milk.
    • If you don't have espresso shots, regular coffee will work too - just make sure to make it strong.

    ❔FAQs

Is this a Starbucks Copycat Vanilla Latte

When you make this sugar-free vanilla latte at home, you are going to save money and enjoy your latte whenever you like. This tastes just like Starbucks but will cost you a fraction of the price.

    Can I use oat milk?

Yes, you can use whatever milk you like. I am using almond milk because it is the lowest in points, but you can use whatever you like. Coconut milk, soy milk, non-fat milk or whole milk. Remember that using milk with more fat will increase the point value.
