    🥄 Variations

    • For a delicious twist on this classic, try adding fresh lime juice and coconut sugar for an even sweeter flavor.
    • Try throwing in some fresh raspberries or blueberries to switch things up.
    • If you want a creamy popsicle, add Greek yogurt. Taste the sweetness of the mixture to make sure it doesn't get too tangy. Vanilla yogurt can be used but this will increase the points.
    • If you do not have molds, you can use ice cube trays or small paper cups.

    🍽️ What to Serve With

These fruit popsicles are a perfect afternoon snack, for a backyard barbecue, or after-dinner treat for your sweet tooth. Since the main ingredient is strawberries, you can even serve them for breakfast.

    • For dinner, serve Chicken Pasta with Vegetables or Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup
    • For breakfast, serve Bacon Breakfast Casserole

    🍶 Storing

Refrigerator Storage: If you have leftover popsicle mixture, store it in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. You can then use the mixture to make another batch of popsicles or serve as a smoothie.

Freezer Storage: The popsicles can be stored in your freezer for up to three months. Make sure they are tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or a freezer bag to prevent freezer burn. Label with the date and name of the popsicles, especially if you like to make different flavor batches.

    💭Top Tips

    • If the strawberry mixture seems thick, add a tablespoon of water.
    • If you don’t have popsicle molds, use plastic cups and popsicle sticks instead.
    • When taking the popsicles out of the mold, I like to let them sit at room temperature for a minute. This lets the outside start to melt slightly and the popsicle comes out of the mold easier. You can also dip the mold into hot water to loosen the popsicles.

    ❔FAQs

Should I use fresh or frozen strawberries?

I make this recipe with both fresh and frozen. I love fresh strawberries but if they are out of season or hard to find, I will use frozen. There is very little difference. If you are using frozen strawberries, let them thaw slightly so the blender can break them down.

What can I use instead of Agave?

If you do not have agave or do not like it, you can swap it for maple syrup. It changes the taste slightly of the sweet treat but it still tastes fantastic.

    How Many WW Points

Each popsicle comes in at only 1 point per popsicle. All of these points come from the agave nectar. If you wanted to get it down to 0 points, you could use a sugar substitute instead.
