- Vegan yogurt- Any kind of yogurt will work. I used coconut milk yogurt but any unsweetened fat-free yogurt and a liquid sugar substitute or vanilla yogurt is a great option.

If adding vanilla extract or vanilla beans to the yogurt add it now. I like to add about a tsp or so of vanilla. This is also where I sweeten the yogurt to taste.
Place the mini cupcake liners on a large baking sheet. Fill each one 3/4 full with the yogurt. This is the creamy base.
Add the berries to each cup of berries. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 2-3 hours. Enjoy.
Hint: If you are using unsweetened yogurts, like fat-free Greek yogurt or other plain yogurt, you can add a liquid sweetener substitute. Sweeten it to your taste preferences.
